Our downstairs neighbor seems like a really nice guy. He's very, very quiet though. We probably have not spoken more than a dozen sentences to one another. But for the last two years, he has consistently hung a nice wreath on his deck and put these lights/candles in his window. For some reason, I find it very touching.
Oh, I think this one is affected quite a bit by changing the background color of the site. Play around with it by clicking on a color in the style switching widget (upper right corner for those using a visual browser).
