Not too long ago, I wrote about how one of my goals this summer was to capture lightning in a photo. Last night, there was a pretty good lightning storm not far from Boulder and I was able to capture a handful of shots. I'm not too happy with any of them technically, but as a first experience trying to photograph lightning, I can't say I'm unpleased.

This first one is from literally right outside my door...

Nice one, considering the fact that, it's really difficult to capture lightening. Somehow, I feel the light in front of your house seems to take away the attention from the lightening.

Well, you've done something many of us haven't been able to do for years now (including me) so congrats are to be given where they are deserved. Umm... Congrats! Just awesome Ted.
