This is a composite of two shots, so no exposure time could be extracted. Each shot was roughly 10 seconds, if I recall.

very nicely done. The gradient in the subject of the composition is very very interesting. The calm/ quiet nature of the snow, the foot prints...to the chaotic city lights. WOW!
