Every year for the last few years, cousins on my mom's side of the family and some friends gather for a ski weekend. This year, we skied at Copper Mountain, Colorado. Last night, despite the cold, Linna and I took Cheechoo to see fireworks at the base of the mountain. Perhaps it was the proximity or the snow, but the fireworks seemed nicer than they normally do.
